The Canada Greener Homes Loan offers interest-free financing to help Canadians make their homes more energy efficient and comfortable. Loans are $5000-$40,000 and are interest free for 10 years. Currently available for Charlottetown residents, The Switch Program has been put in place to provide technical advice and financial assistance for almost any project that saves energy and reduces greenhouse gas emissions. Nova Scotia Rebates

Efficiency Nova Scotia offers incentives to homeowners for solar PV systems to make solar electricity more affordable than ever. Yes.  The Provincial Efficiency program offers a rebate based on your system size.
Yes. The Greener Homes Federal program has funding available in the form of a grant, and an interest free loan available to all Canadians.
There are a few different factors this can depend on, electric bill, roof/yard space, etc. We aim to achieve net zero where possible. On average our customers see between 60-80% savings on their electric bill.
Leasing might be convenient, but buying can provide long term savings and increase your property value.  Also, many insurance providers won’t cover leased panels.
We don’t offer in-house financing because we support the Federal government's choice of providing Canadians with a $40,000 interest free loan to help pay for energy retrofits through the Canada Greener Homes program.
